You're such a cute little flower laying
there on my cozy bed. You're oh so
special to me cuz I know you're from
my sweetheart that always leaves the
smallest sweetest gifts for my to find.
"Your beauty can be only compared to
the heavens but I couldn't bring you
those so you'll have to settle with this
simple flower.
I know it's not
much but it
means so much
more. The blue petals will remind you of
my eyes that you fell madly in love with
when we 1st met and the yellow center
will remind you of my blond hair that you
run your fingers through as you kiss me and
hold me tight. So as you see, a simple
flower means so much." Is the message on a
sliver of paper you left Signed yours truly.

I liked this poem very much. It was an interesting lay out that added something unique to the poem. The simple little flower so beautiful and feeling such a kiss is very beautifully discribed. Nice poem...

The poem itself is lovely! I'll have to rethink the form, as it does make it somewhat difficult to read. It would be quite creative if each side could be read up & down as well as across to the other side!
It's wonderful how the simplest little acts like a flower left can spark a great poem!
