Pepper

My beloved Pet does not purr
She has long silky sometimes wet fur
She drinks from the toilet bowl with ease
She begs and whimpers as to say please

She won’t go in her dog house when there is rain
She is always there for me when I am in pain
By now she must have one hundred toys
She barks at other dogs especially the boys

My pet chases all shadows and every light
She bites the floor as if she was in a fight
She jumps on each and everyone’s bed
I would never have another pet instead

My pet is never in a bad mood
Because all a dog needs is love and food

I liked this poem!!! This sounds so much like my dog which died a couple of days ago!!! No other dog can replace her. You should enjoy your pet to the fullest while you still haver her.
