This was a very strong write and a heck of a vent! I hope things get ironed out for you both, most especially if you have to live with "him" on a day to day basis.

I know that feeling so very well. My daughter hates the friend of my ex wife and therefore never wants to be with them no more.
Nobody can take the place of a real dad and its even harder when somebody is placed there without leaving you the choice.
