eddy,this is written just4u
'cuz you really do deserve it
something special from your mum
just let me sit and think a bit
my writing's a little rusty
a little rank and rough
but bet i can get inspired
if you'll just be patient long enough
i know there's lots to write of
for someone awesome as you are
i've written many a poem about
the sun, the moon, a tree, a star
but you're something extra special
not just any poem will do
it must be oh so elegant
for someone nice as you
for you've given us all new hope
of a better world for one and all
through love received and given
by those who answer to the call
what have you started, my precious one
as God watches from above
our international family
the one borne and bred of love
thank you, eddy for helping us
as we live on in love and mirth
if this keeps up we soon shall be
overpopulating the earth

for my sweet baby boy eddy

Beautiful poetry.
Well now this is love indeed and I liked how you wrote this piece for your son. He should be in school now and really learning how to be a fine young man. -
Hi, Open Eyes, thanks for the nice comment. Actually Eddy isn't my real son, he's a poet on here whoe writes some awesome stuff. I hope you'll check out some of his poetry.
The "mum" thing is mostly a result of our family here ..he started a family called "Family of Love" and we each have our own unique name within that family. He named me Mother of Tenderly Felt Love. (talk about the population explosion .... my kids duplicated themselves before my very eyes...lol) Eddy has a link to it in his poetry list in case you're interested. His logon is just4u
He's really great guy
Again, thanks for reading and commenting on my poetry.

mum of tenderly felt love, you feel the same way I feel about my sweet bro, eddy, is a loving doll that I would hate to do without, he answers and gives me advice he keeps my head screwed on right. I am so glad he decide to start this family too for I am not sure where I would be without him, I possible would have put myself in a hositpal until I die. He is my lifesaver, when I was drowning the the thick mire of my life. Thanks for writing a swet tribute to my bro ,mum from vicki aka soul full of love. -

A lovely tribute for a wonderful soul. Eddy is everything you said and then a bit more. He carries a burden for the lost and hurting, and lightens the load of every person he comes across. Well Said, Catz, well said. xx Tilly -
