~by Gregg Rowe~
You and I
merge
while a tortoise
packs his bags
Aphrodite
cries to
Poseidon
Chaos
envelopes our
translucent love
our rhythms bounce
as our two bodies
merge to symbiotic
passion

That was awesome. I like the mention of the gods. It was very heartfelt. It was short but it got the point accross
-
I love the references to the Gods. This was a sad write, as was the picture up the top. Made me stop and think

HHHMMFF I was going to leave a comment, well I guess as long as I'm here!

HMMM whatever do you mean Gregg, make sure I behave myself?
I ALWAYS behave
now if you were talking about Sally
now she's the one you should be saying that to, but then again, she's on her way to New Zealand to meet her heathcote
he will have to tame her~Love~Joan

Dear Mr. Wyles:
You , my dear friend, take all the time you need, my poetry is not going anywhere. Please come back to us in fair harmony and when you will be ready. In the meantime I will make sure that our dear little angelica behaves herself. I am thinking of you and your family during this time and am sending you my energy your way. Gregg

Beautiful! Love the mythological allusions and the write in general...write on, poet.

Dear Gregg,
I am sorry that, just at this time, with visitors, house guests and so many arrangements to make, I have no time for commenting on your poem. I hope you will understand and promise to start catching up on your next ones as soon as possible.
Love and hugs, XXX Hugh.

Gregg my friend....
The images portrayed in the write, as well as the one you chose to showcase, are fabulous. Nature is dying, I am glad you see it too. This was wonderful and adding the mythology only made it all the more magical to me. Bravo my friend!!
Blessed be
~~Serenity~~
