it's my night
to find out
just exactly how much
my life sucks
it's beyond words
I'm in shock

and now...it's nothing
torn and tattered and broken
oh, so broken
why couldn't you tell me?
why couldn't you say something?
you let me gush
love and praise
all on you
going on about "us"
I'm such a fool
duped again and again
how could I have trusted you?!

    Breathtaking and real.

    Intense and biting with realism. Anyone can know how that feels, you've written the pain wonderfully. Fantastic piece, the emotion just pours out of each line and word.
