A Shute Limerick for Whatsinaname by Samplette at All poetry

Once was an author named Nevil Shute
whose book "Marazan" was a bit moot
they wouldn't print bloody
they changed it to ruddy
still Norman Flowers gave Shute the boot

Birthday Wishes for Whatsinaname

Wishing you a birthday full of fun
Happier than one you've ever had
A day with all sorts of excitement
That's better than any ole fad
Special hugs and sweet little kisses
Is what I hope you get lots of
Nothing but joy and laughter
A day containing genuine love
Never take for granted your life
A day that shines bright for you
May you enjoy a long walk in the woods
Every morning that the Sun shines through

These lines are so good and great advice never take one life for granted you have done a wonderfu job with the whole write the flow is wonderful Thanks for your great and wonderful comments thought of doing a book just can not convicne myself someone would want to read it. I think it great you did a book how did you make time to write or where to start. I think you are wonderful to write a book it sound so wonderful. Dear Sam,
I don't recall you launching into limerick form previously but may be I missed something because this one seems to be written by a practiced hand. At any rate it's a much higher standard than the writing of that arrogant s.o.b. Amenhotep-son-of-Hapu
who wrote that:
The Kings of Peru were the Incas
who were known far and wide as great drinkas.
They worshipped the Sun,
sacrificed men for fun
but the victims considered them stinkas.

Joe should love this He adores limericks, Nevil Shute and is sooo adorable in that he is exceoted by his birthday as well. I know he will find that birthday cake appealing (especially if it's chocolate cake with coconut frosting!)
