A New Angel In Heaven

Dear Lord you have a new angel,
she came up to you with a smile,
you took her in your loving arms,
and said come sit with me awhile.

You took away her doubt and fear,
as she sat and gazed into your eyes,
You gave her a pair of angel wings,
another angel in Heaven who flies.

You walked with her around Heaven,
she was happy to see an old friend,
there was so much joy and happiness,
it is eternity, it will never end.

She met a classmate from high school,
how they sit and  both reminiscence,
they smile and they giggle together,
remembering their very first kiss.

Your mom is now feeling young again,
now her feet are as light as air,
she has smiles that will last forever,
she has no more worries or cares.

Whenever you feel an angel near by,
and you feel the love you once knew
or your name whispered on the wind,
it will be mom watching over you.

Can't get any better than eternity! I lost my father a few years ago, and I swore I'd never understand that. He was my Prince and darling.

I see him in hte moon, and his passing has enhanced some things th at I could only see without him. I hate to say that , but it's true. Now, though I'm privileged to have my Mother, she's another continent to venture without him.

So nicely done! You are going to be blessed. I know you will. Love, CookieZeal/Dianne
