You Asked Me

You asked me why I love you but it is hard to explain
This is like asking me to count every drop of rain
There are so many reason that I can not possibly count
It is like counting stars before your done the sun is out
I love you for everything in side of you your very soul
And there is one more reason On each day as we grow old
Every single day there is something to leave me amazed
And feeling so very lucky jut to see your loving gaze
When you hold me in your arms it as if I have come home
And I know with everything in me I will never again be alone
You asked me why I love you and I am trying hard to explain
Just what makes you different,Why I will never be the same?
There are so many little reasons why My heart belongs to you
It would take me an eternity to Just list them and be true
Everyday there is something else that endears my heart to you
And all I can do is hope that our ways will never ever part
You have brought out the best in me and given me true life
I can not wait for the fateful day you make me your wife
You asked me why I love you and All i can really say
That i love you for you and wouldn't want you any other way...

    Excellent

    This really expresses true love.The words capture the feelings we hope and desire for in a soulmate.I felt the beauty in this piece.You did an excellent job of conveying what we all want

    Black heart thank you Love is a wonderfull thing And it can bring out so many emotions It is a shame that not all of them are goot or wonderfull But with out the bad how could we tell the good ??? gotta have one to have the other Niki

    aww this is a really sweet poem. you know you never know what love really means its just there and it cant be explained. its like a tunel full of secrets that are yet to be heard. i really loved it. It braught a tear to my eye lol! well keep writting. GOOD JOB

    Lovely

    This was great. It is very hard to explain love because love has always been and always will be a great mystery. It brings pain and joy and confuses us. We are shaken to our core at times because we love the thing that has driven many to their deaths. Great write. I see no real spaces in between the sentences but otherwise..I loved it.
