Where Did You Go

Where are you now?
Where did you go?
Where should i look
to find you? How,
am I supposed
to live alone?

Was it my fault?
Or was it yours?
It doesnt even
matter at all.
Can I just please
take everything back?

What can I do?
What can i say,
to make all your
pain just go away?

Where are you now?
Where did you go?
Where should i look
to find you? How,
am I supposed
to live alone?

If I could say,
that I was sorray,
would you...
Oh would you take me back?

I am starting,
to let go.
it seems that I
dont even care.
I just want,
all of this to end!

Where are you now?
Where did you go?
Where should i look
to find you? How,
am I supposed
to live alone?

This definately sounds like song lyrics. It's cool though. Wow I haven't been on this site forever...and this is your latest poem (January 27) so it doesn't look as though you have either. Oh well...

Wow, I think this would be a really great song, because the refrain (as well as the rest of it) is something that I think many people can relate to - as I was reading your piece, many thoughts of past experiences came flooding back...anyway, I also think that asking all of those questions was also effective in capturing readers' attention. Well, it would be really cool if you could turn this into a song, and maybe some day I'll hear it on the radio!!
