Hey, this was pretty good. I can relate, actually. The emotions here are nice and strong. No ryhme, but that's not what makes a poem. Not too much flow, but you'll get better as you gain experience. Nice poem, kudos.

In the second line "no" should be "know."
Its hard to get over someone. Sometimes we will always love them, no matter what happens or who else we fall in love with, a piece of us is left behind with the person we once did love.
