I like to do free verse poetry, and my most common themes are desire, longing, and relationships, although recently I've gotten into talking about spirituality in my poetry. My biggest inspirations are the lyrics of Tool and A Perfect Circle, the poetry of Emily Dickinson, the poetry of the beat generation, the style and purpose of haiku, and the people around me.
