sorry, especially to the people who hosted the rounds contest that I was supposed to enter... I can't write anything that even vaguely resembles poetry at the moment. okay, I haven't been able to for over a month. or more, depending on how you view my poems. anyway, I'm just kind of waiting for my muse to come back...

a very important thing I have to say:

I'm eleven, okay, people? I think I should know my own age. if you don't believe me, you are most likely an ageist old fart stuck in the middle ages. it says I'm eleven on my birth certificate. unless I'm crazy, which I don't think I am; of course, this whole thing might be a hallucination and maybe none of you exist. or maybe I'm part of a hallucination and I don't exist but the person who is hallucinating me is thinking as me so I think that I exist except it's not really me thinking I'm existing it's the hallucinating person which doesn't make any sense but whatever. okay, I got off topic. but I'm eleven. get over it. I counted on my fingers.

that was supposed to be a joke. laugh. or die.

that was also supposed to be a joke.

I actually find myself hilarious.

I have a loose tooth. I've been obsessing over this for a few days. yeah, I know, I have to get a life. but I don't have enough money to buy one. and everyone knows that money makes the world go round...

"look, ma, no hands!" <--- for some reason I really like this quote.

current favorite word --------------------> lodestar. who knows why. maybe I like the idea of a star that's easy to find [how can something be easy to find if it's so far away?] and is used to find direction. coming in second place is -----------> lodestone. because direction is [for me] a hard thing to discover. [almost every day, I 'lose' my glasses, then find out they're on my head. let's just say you wouldn't want me as a navigator. I'd be the last person you'd choose.]

two days and I'll have been at AP for a year! I think I've improved a lot from when I started. and I'll be twelve on the thirtieth. ancient, I know.
