OpenwindowShow poetry

my style of writing is very basic. i stay away from haikus and other forms because i find it diificult to conform and write a decent poem in those styles.
there are so many matters i feel strongly about like; war, sexuality, etc.

love is every where,
you can see it,
and feel it.
don't give in to darkness,
search for that love, you can find it.

love can be found in frineds, family, or boyfrined and girlfriend. it doesn't matter where you find it, what matters is that you hold on to it as tight as you can, and never let it go. I'd like to thank my wonderful boyfriend, becuase with out him i would not have the strength to write.

there are some amazing writers on this site that you must check out.
