is an author of two poetry books, the first is called, Frozen Stare (2000). The second book is called, The Age Begins (2005). He hosted a Love Poem Contest in association with Conceit Magazine; an American publication, and it was a huge success. Submissions received for Oneal's Love Poem Contest resulted in the highest numbers of submissions in the magazine's history of hosting poetry contests. He launched a second contest called, Women's Inspirational Poetry Contest.
His poems on love and life have been published in various publications such as Shebytches, Chapter and Verse, FutuRéale, Shadow and Lights, Jones Av., Green’s Magazine, Excalibur, Macmedia, The Walrus and The Atkinsonian
