I was brought into this life,
kicking and screaming,
now I've grown to be who I am,
I am me, nothing more,
and certainly nothing less,
all of those who disappove,
well too bad for you.
I'm no afraid to show my colors,
let them scream for sanity,
scream out and make myself noticed,
show no mercy to those around,
jump up and chant,
my own little tune,
letting everyone know I'm here.
I was born with that name Kristina,
yet my friends have shortened it to Tina.
I was born fourteen years ago,
and I've walked my way through the years,
no matter how tough they were,
and now I'm three years away from graduating.
Simple and sweet. Eh, right? Not really.
I'm more complex than I intend on being.
Being caught up in drama, with boys and girls.
Nothing's ever easy in the life we live now.
Racism, war, sexists, the shouts of gays calling out for help.
I support, and you should too.
Yeah, so what if it ain't attractive?
Think of someone you truely love...
don't you think a guy has that feeling for another?
Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Straight, Black, White,
Fat, Skinny, Old, Young, Hairy, Scary,
Those things shouldn't matter.
Let everyone love!
