NitomatikShow poetry

Hey... well, my name is Danny, and I'm in middle school. I know people are going to say I write about things I don't understand, but I'll still continue writing. I write poems of all sorts: about love, hate, war, death and pretty much anything else that really inspires me.

I started writing last year, because I was ahead in math, and I had some free time. I wrote a poem called "When Push Comes to Shove", which I have on this site now. It was during the spring, and everyone was talking about how happy they were, and I started thinking, "What about the people over in Iraq? Tons of innocent people are dying over there, and no one gives a damn!" It really bugged me, and I let it all out with pen and paper.

I'm very anti-war. I just don't understand why people fight. I mean, why can't we all just figure things out via vocal means, not with gunpowder and lead?

Anyways, thanks for reading this, and please, take the time to read my poetry. Send me a message if you'd like.
