My Favourite Things- The Sound of Music

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens,
bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens,
brown paper packages tied up with strings,
these are a few of my favorite things.

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple strudels,
door bells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles.
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings.
these are a few of my favorite things.

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes,
snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes,
silver white winters that melt into springs,
these are a few of my favorite things.

When the dog bites, when the bee stings,
when I'm feeling sad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
and then I don't feel so bad.

Playing my favourite songs over and over and over again



This is what I want:

1) I want to finish my degree. If get it cum laude it will be great. If not, then I'll live.

2) I want to do my articles in a nice firm where they don't treat me like a slave.

3) I want to work overseas; even if it's only for a short time.

4) I want to enjoy my job.

5) I want a nice house. It doesn't have to be big, just comfortable and in a safe area. It has to have a loft and a space where I can sit on the roof at night and reflect.

6) I want to have enough money that I can buy and keep two or three horses, a herd of black and tan minature daschunds and an aloof siamese cat who loves only me.

7) I don't want to worry about money all the time or feel guilty for buying myself things. I've had enough of that.

8) I want to wear power suits to work and flowing beaded garments over the weekend.

9) I want Egyptian cotton sheets and hundreds of pillows with sparkly tassles on my bed.

10) I want a boyfriend who cooks well, brings me flowers, is somewhat artistic, has Dr McDreamy hair and a nice smile.
