A smile is a curve that can straighten out a lot of things

I dont consider myself a poet. I consider myself an artist who sometimes uses words as her paintbrush.~me

I dont have a writing style I tend to just put pen to paper and whatever comes out comes out. I know its not brilliant but it helps me cope with the things that I encounter in my day to day life. My dream is to become an Elementary teacher that is what I'm going to college to be. I'm a teachers aide at an after-school program for ESL Students ( English as a Second Language). I love my job mostly because I love the kids. Kids sometimes say  some very profound things. You'd be surprised at the wisdom you would hear as they say "out of the mouths of babes". I am  christian. I'm not perfect, but I'm better than I was,praise the Lord. I'm single and looking . If you wanna know more or ya just wanna chat im me .

My chipmunk friend is on the loosa
Passed this morning through Tuscaloosa
Heading up interstate 65
Looking for Tyler, to eat her alive

Little brown body and stripes of black
Carefully planning his Tyler attack
Sharpening teeth as he travels the road
Heading for Cullman, to her abode.

Better watch out Alabama girl
His regiment flag is gonna unfurl
The small bushy tail will flip and curl
Better watch out Alabama girl

Attack chipmunks are bred in Ohio
And they often sing, oh why, oh why oh
That's a song that is sung up there
Thought I'd tell you so you'd be aware

Better go hide from the fury dude
Because I think he's sure in the mood
And teachers are what he's craving the most
He'll swallow you up - then be gone like a ghost.

A subdued silence undisturbed by the sound of her breath.
