MontiebatmomShow poetry

I am a mother and author from North Carolina.
I said aspiring author for years until I read something in a Stephen King book that quoted another. The synopsis is, if you cannot think of anything else but writing, and you write, then you're a writer. Period. From that moment I've written somewhere in the vicinity of 150 poems which I'm trying to get all over here, and am currently enrolled as a Psychology student at Kaplan University.
Everything I write comes from within, be it good, bad, or ugly. I've experienced it, or someone close to me has. I'm a mushy writer, so if you read enough you will see that I'm in love with love. It's a long standing relationship between myself and I and it works. Haha.

I have 3 beautiful sons, who I am very proud of, my motherhood being the foremost aspect of me. I also have a wonderful friend who spends every day making me feel as special as I think he is.

Okay! Enough about ME!
