Mistletoes, with butterfly kisses,
smooches on the cheek and nose.
With tender embraces and wishes,
as the holiday season grows.
For love should last the whole year through,
with sincere helping hands and hearts.
Smile and sing a song anew,
while we all together play our parts.
Flickering lights, with ornaments that shine,
are things some place into their homes.
But let the meaning of love divine,
comfort the lonely, as well as your own.
To all who lay eyes, on these words I pen,
I’m grateful to call you family and friend.
