Well.. I just joined here because I used to post poetry and stories on my LiveJournal, and I kinda got kicked here. I might post all my past stuff (and there's a lot) sometime, but for now I just want to polish up on my style.. and keep on growing.
Favourite styles? None. I mean, I usually write in free verse, but it depends. I'm more of a novelist than a poet, and yet recently I'm writing too much poetry for my own good. Sometimes, you might see short stories sprinkled here and there; pepper in the middle of salt, although I hope it won't stick out like that.
I write about depression several times.. angst, anger, crushed love, suicide.. I never passed through any of these, yet for some reason I can feel what it means to pass through them, and I can only transfer my feelings and moods through writing. Recently, I've taken to writing erotica, though it's quite softcore and will not develop into anything further - it's simply not me.
And i hate updating biographies, so you'll be here in about six months and I'd have changed everything I do, and you'd be like, "Uh.. what's this Mark guy writing about anyway?", so please forgive this little neglect of mine. After all, if I get published (a dream of mine, and every other writer's), I won't be able to update my published bio.

Rome was beautiful that night, wasn't it? Do you remember telling me how bright the lights surrounding Trevi were, and how much the coins glittered under the water? Do remember
