Ok..I felt like updating this again! It should be interesting what I come up with being that it is so early on a beautiful Sunday morning!
I love to write but my first love is music. I always have said that I was born with a music box in my body! I love to sing in the car with the music turned up driving on a beautiful sunny day to somewhere pleasant. I also play the flute from time to time. My favorite Band: REM and favorite song is "Fall on Me". I love songs that make me drift. I also love a lot of the British bands too. (listening to Radiohead now)I just can't listen to country or rap.
Favorite musicians/bands: REM, Bjork, Radiohead, The Jayhawks, Neil Young, Crowded House, Tori Amos, Blur, The Shins,The Pretenders, Tom Petty, The Beatles(later years)
Interpol, The Kinks and others. I'm kind of all over the place.
When I write I don't usually rhyme..I'm kind of an abstract thinker.. My favorite saying truly is "think outside of the box" and sometimes make eyes roll depending who is listening. I have no idea why I think that way. I'm glad that I do have that ability except sometimes people around me don't quite "get" me.
It's not always a bad thing. If you understand me and I understand you then that is pretty special.
