With tangerine trees and marmalade skies

In England, we live as English people do. the last time i had fish and chips was months ago; we are more inclined to eat curry and cheeseburgers.

a bowler hat and cricket bats,

roast dinner and cream teas,

you think we're posh, what utter tosh,

such things one rarely sees

a life alone is not a life at all; nothing can compare to company. even those who greet you with a death wish will, in the end, be worth more than the biggest bar of gold.

doesnt mean i have to like it though ;-)

Reading is fun, (or so the books try to make you believe)

fills up long journeys anyway, when there is no last minute homework to be done

over the years, i seem to have accumulated rather a lot of books. I have about 1000 now

(lets hope the swindon book shop robbery didnt make the main news;)

yes anyway back to books, thrilling stuff indeed

although books like wuthering heights etc that are supposed to be amazing literary classics bore me a bit. im not that big a fan of fantasy, but i love the harry potter books, and although it takes a long time to read, the lord of the rings trilogy is great too.
Books you simply MUST read (i will make you suffer as i have...lol);
-the machine gunners (dont judge it by its title)
-journey to the river sea (captivating and just amazing)
-the alex rider series by anthony horowitz
-Goodnight mr tom (another one set in the war, but not your typical war story)
- anything and everything by meg cabot she is an amazing auther, especially the princess diaries and all american girl series
and i will write some more when i think of them.
and so ends my little book lecture. i hope not too many of you have fallen asleep, time to wake you up with a...

hehe - warning i do tend to have random moments where my logic spasms and i scare people slightly, not to worry you or anything ;) 

i love all kinds of films, eg jaws, titanic, lotr trilogy, the matrix, armageddon, day after tommorow, harry potter, starwars (all six of them esp episodes 4 5 & 6) pirates of the carribean 1 & 2, etc etc cant wait to see the 3rd one

my life is good. and i rather would like it to stay that way, so lay off the voodoo, guys.

it can become rather confusing, but to overcome trouble, i simply have to compare it to other events to show how insiginificant the argument is. though this often causes spontanoeus laughter, often angering greatly those else involved

however family are the most important things in my life, and whatever happens, i know they'll always be there. and i will be too, if no psychotic bus drivers start swerving my way. have you seen final destination? basically unrelated to what i was just saying, but it is a very good film. lots of death though. but good

and a winnie the pooh which seems to have been duplicated across several of my friends pages since i got it...lol

first dandelion
wish, my cotton
