I am a 17 year old junior in high school. I love to read and write, hang out with my friends, and play sports. I am a huge fan of the Texas Longhorns (Go UT!!!), I love the Yankees, and the Green bay Packers, and my favorite hockey team is the Toronto Maple Leafs. I live in North Carolina, but I am originally from upstate (Rochester) New York. I love music from the 50's through the 80's as well as Celtic music, instrumental music, and other genres of music along those lines. My favorite kind of book genres are fantasy, thrillers, fairy tales, mythology, classics, and some romance (usually the romance has to be a part of one of the other genres). I love watching movies, especially musicals and horror movies, there are a few chick flicks that I don't mind watching every now and then. My favorite TV shows include: Charmed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ghost Whisperer, Flashpoint, ER, Xena: Warrior Princess, House, South of Nowhere, old episodes of Degrassi, Close to Home, and a few others (most of which aren't aired anymore, or were around when my parents were my age or younger). I spend a good majority of my time writing. It is my passion. I am currently co-writing a book with another person, we are slowly making progress and hopefully it will soon be published and on the shelves of a book store near you. I am dedicated to supporting my schools super amazing marching band (they are the best!!!!!), the varsity football team and our drama club in anyway I can, usually by going to every football game we play and every play we put on. I love Broadway, if I could I would go to every Broadway show I would. Unfortunately I don't have the money to do that, seeing as that it would take like all the money in the world plus to do that. Then of course there is my education that prevents me from even having the time to do that. One of my biggest dreams is to travel around all of Europe. I want to go to study in the medical field after I graduate high school and go to college, so that I can work in the emergency room. I believe that the strongest weapon a person has is their heart. I am a devoted christian, and there are a few other things about me that only a select few people know about me. So, I won't be posting them on here any time soon. But, if you read my poems you could probably kind of guess what one of those things is.
