Black
Black is truth
The beginning
And the end
All in between
Black is pure
The root of man
Causing glory to shine
Black is mine...
The path I walk is well worn.
I see the footprints of those who came before.
The path is lush and beautiful, full of happy life:
But at times the path becomes desolate and dark.
I have been on this road since I was born.
And I shall see the prints of those who come behind
From the end of the avenue and the end of strife.
I'm sure I saw you on the highway of life as I rested in the park.
