I am Alyssa. Although, my poetry doesn't rhyme, I am still proud of myself for actually writting it and getting the nerve to post it out on the internet into the open. I am not punk/goth/emo/prep etc. I am me. That's how I am, and that's how I want to be. I am nothing more. If you want to judge me, my friends, who we are, how we dress, don't complain behind our backs, come complain to us.

My friends are amazing. and I am so grateful to have them here with me and by my side through everything. I love them so much.

I dedicate some of my poems to my friends. Some are about me. Some are about my friends life. Anything. My favorite books are Darkness Before Dawn, Rewind, Romiette and Julio, Forged By Fire and Trick of The Mind. My favorite movies are Titanic, The Lion King and The Number 23.

My Sisters...

Colleen would have to be one of my main heroes because she's always there for me no matter what, she always seems to make my day better, and she's just an awesome bestest friend to have. i wouldn't be who i am without her. she's basically my sister. she's a peice of furniture at my house. i give her the best of anything that i can give.

Nikki is a sweet girl. she is very pretty. she's always here by my side. we've been through good, and we've also been through bad together. but we always end up forgetting about it and getting closer, i think that arguements helped our friendship grow. i am proud to say that Nikki is one of my bestest friends. she trys hard to give her friends the best of anything that she can give. and i respect that.

My Brothers...

Howie would be another one of my main heroes because he can be a real softy. lol. and he's not afraid to let his emotions out and expressions out in front of me. he can tell me everything. i trust him with anything that i could think of. he's a great best friend to have. i don't know where i would be without him. i know that sounds wrong. but he's one of my best friends. and i wouldn't be able to get through everyday of 7th grade if it wasn't for him and other people also. i'd do anything for him. i owe him so much, i dont even know where to start. if im mad at one of my friends, or if they are mad at me and i had the worst day ever, he can talk to me, make me laugh. and my day will be worth living.

Ben would be another big part of my heroes. He's a great friend that you can always joke around with. You always have fun around him and can't stop laughing because you can act like a huge goof around him and he doesn't care. He can make you laugh in the worst situations. I think that is somthing special that most people don't have. I hope he can read this one day and realize how much I care about him. I would do anything for him. I would cry with him, laugh with him, talk with him if he is down. I am very glad that I am able to have a friend like him.
