These aren't all of them but they are ones I could find...
Favourite amateur poets before I knew AP existed, reading poetry from these people shaped my poetry and helped make it how it is today, some of them were friends, for a time, whom I spoke to outside the poetry world and some I read in passing and very much enjoyed. They gave me a huge appreciation for free verse and other poetry which poets on here continue to do.
A big thank you to one and all of you wherever you are.

She seems to have stopped writing in 2006 but she was awesome, she shouldn't have.

Loved his creativity. He now apparently (as of 2006) has a band to his name on Myspace and an indie record deal...

A very talented guy from Calgary, AB, Canada... I lost touch. Never knew his last name, unfortunately.

He encouraged me to write my first free verse poem and that changed my poetic voice for the better. Sadly, I got back in touch with him for a bit on facebook a few years back and he no longer is writing.
