I didn't think this day would come. I'm talking about how I use to see life from a different angle of being in love. I thought there may be a day again that I could, but wasn't concerned about it for I have experienced true love in my life. I have met some wonderful people on here that will always have a piece of my heart and my devoted friendship, however, you in the past few days have completely taken me by surprise and continue to build on it more with each passing day.
I love the fact that you can change the oil in a car and rotate tires and later that evening put on a dress and go dancing. Only a small fraction of the things I have got to know about you that I never knew from our long friendship.
I guess it's true of how some say that love is all around you and that it will find you when you at least expect it. I have been content in my life as I have become to know it with all the friendships I have made here for I didn't feel the need to look for love any more knowing how much I feel loved at this site. It fulfilled a void I have had for some time. Then you waltz in and somehow manage to do what I thought couldn't be done; win my heart completely.
I have known you for years now, but never even considered that a day would come that a friendship would become more. Like others, I have seen you in relationships of high and lows, but never understood why the guys you dated never treated you better. It's way too common these days. Maybe that's why I was afraid to take the plunge into love for I feel that every lady should be treated like a princess and someone's Rain Girl.
I want to thank you for becoming my Real Rain Girl!
