Part of my therapy process, I think.

Not all of these are on a personal level. Part of what I think will help me is writing about all kinds of abuse; physical, emotional, mental, psychological, sexual, and even the healing process and the more positive outlook of overcoming that abuse, thus why not every poem is in the abuse genre.
