The Bref Double ~ not a sonnet but definitely a quatorzain.
The Bref Double is a French form that looks suspiciously like a sonnet, but the rhyme scheme is completely different, and it does not have to be written in Iambic Pentameter, it can be written in hexameter, tetrameter, or whatever you prefer. You may use either iambic feet or a strict syllable count for all lines.
Do enter two, if you wish, separately!
It is written as three quatrains and a couplet, and the rhyme scheme looks like this: (the 'x' lines, denotes lines where no rhyme is required)
a/x/b/c
x/a/x/c
a/x/a/b
