  Somehow
  
  Can you see me, can you feel me,
  do you know how I feel?
  Can you feel me hiding
  upon the edge of summertime?
  
  Somehow I'll get across to you
  the danger I'm walking in,
  somehow I'll leave you behind
  and be alone again tonight.
  
  Fears are now stalking
  the whites of my eyes,
  and the dreams,
  the hopes I harboured
  wither and die in heated seconds,
  all the love of life strolls past me
  as I blink away the haze of insanity
  haunting every breath I squeeze
  past faked fragile smiles so wide.
  
  Do you know me,
  can you feel the pain,
  can you feel me walking across
  the grave of time so dark?
  Somehow I'll bring to you
  the shivers that beat my skin,
  somehow I'll move forward
  and start it all again.
