Ashley Rhyme:
Is a new poetic form created by Mark A. Griffin. It consists of two quatrains followed by a couplet. Each line is seven syllables. The rhyming scheme is abcd abcd ee. By Line 3 of the second stanza the poem should become more personal. The couplet should flow from the last word of the stanza previous.

Example:
Thirty (Ashley Rhyme)
A score with added decade
appears as perfect number
neither too young to be wise
nor too old to enjoy life
False enumerations fade
unable to encumber
for her beauty never dies
remaining despite all strife
Which never completes with light
perceived so beyond mere sight
