I believe I was asked some time ago to be included in this wonderful anthology, however I am not included. I am curious as to this reason.

Like Lachrymose-Oblivion, I experienced the same thing. It would have been appreciated to have been IM'd but I wasn't overly fussed when I thought it might have been just me ... but if it's a few people, well that's just a little more concerning. I appreciate how complex a task to organise such things, so I'm not getting all precious. Just hoping this hasn't happened too wildly is all
