The visions of my past & present history and fantasies, are reflected in most of my writes. I am a gay, sober alcoholic, who was raised mostly in the Pentecostal faith, and every other faith known to man. I have been HIV + since Aug. 1992. Both of my parents were Traveling Evangelists. They were the biggest hippocrits on the planet back then. The good ole '70's. Haven't spoken to my father in over 26 years. My mother is now my best friend. Gay since birth. Started drinking when I was about 10. Alcoholic since the age of about 15. In the Navy at the age of 15. My Grandparents signed for me to enter. Court ordered. Sobriety date is Aug. 25th 2003. My Group is >>>> ONWARD!! Some of my poetry will be based on actual short story events, describing visual imagery pertaining to my childhood and life as a young man who raised himself on the streets beginning at the young age of 12 as a male prostitute. Some are fictional writes. So, be careful as to which poem you decide to read! I am the father of two boys, ages 16 & 17, born on the same day... I am merely stating my trusted position in society and in this dying world. If you have any questions as to how I can believe in the Bible and accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior, yet be a homosexual, I am open to your comments without reservation. November 21st...1989 1990, and I have had my share of lovers in the past 25 years.
I have been HIV + since Aug. 1992, yet my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, has given me the chance to express my homosexuality, perversions to some, and alcoholism through the gift of writing.
I do believe in the Bible and its' contents, therefore, I do believe with all my heart, that I am, "THE WHOSOEVER THAT BELIEVETH."
This may seem contradictive to most Christians, but.....I am not here to push my beliefs or faith on others, as I hope others will not do to me with their own beliefs.
NO DEBATING SCRIPTURES PLEASE!!!!

Well, I came here expecting to find lists of differntly themed poetry, what I found instead was the ~All about Arkbear~ section, where you had posted pictures of you/friends... (Woof!!) and tribute poems others had penned to you!!! (They were all very beautiful!! - **Way to go to those poets who wrote them**) Pleasantly surprised, I intend to browse around, and see if I cant find more pics of a certain sexy bear, and read some more of his work!! (The pierced nipples really do it for me!! LOL)
