Due to the sudden death of my youngest Son Brian I will not be on AP for a few days.
Brian was missing for two days, we last saw him on We -

this awful pain in us you've left behind. -
I see your smiling face as you look down
“I’m happy Mum.” you whisper close to me -
You left behind a broken heart that day;
a caring Mum who loves you deeply still. -

The rose I chose to place you there will live
with tender loving care that Dad will give. -

I hope you have a party where you are
as, on your birthday, you become a star. -
One year ago today
One year has passed since you left us to grieve -
Be happy with your children - hold them near
because we never know how long they’re here. -
So please don’t think this poem should sound sad.
It’s Brian's special gift for Mum and Dad. -
