List: About being molested/abused

If you take anything away from the things you read in this list... I want it to be this:

The abuse you suffered in your life can be dealt with and you can be free from the torture. There is life after abuse... you can be victorious.

Tread VERY carefully in this list... some were written a few years ago... some are newer... some aren't written very well because they were written when I was in an emotional state... and I never went back to change the odd spots... I want them to stay that way... unchanged.
