List: A List Of Writes D/Q'd From THE Contest

"this is just my final note to the hosts and hostess of this contest. i know that you have gotten a lot of flack over this one. i do not envy you that at all. as you know--i now hold the record for most d/q's in the history of all poetry. i do not care. winning this thing was never what it was about for me and i think that you know that. i have had it with some of the ways this has been talked about. a trophy on my screen and ten thousand points is not anything in the grand scheme of live. i have that many pts and enough trophies that i do not even know where most came from. i write because i love to. i may suck--but i do not care--i work every day at learning better techniques and THAT is what this contest has been about for me. i want to tell you that i appreciate that you have tolerated my endless attempts to stay in this thing. i know i will not last til the final 5, 10, 20 or even 30(i think it is around that now). that is not my point is entering over and over again. i wish that a few could have learned lessons in ettiquette and humanity through this from those of us who have not acted like we are in kindergarten. i probably will never have the calliber of writing skills you are looking for. i do however have the calliber of grace and good sportsmanship that i was raised to have and that is worth more than anything in this world to me. thank you for letting me see that. games, contests, relationships all fail me if i do not stay true to myself. thank you again for hosting this and for putting up with me. viyanna rosemarie langager."
