I wrote a trilogy of poems based on what ideas may run through someone's head when they're placed in a mental hospital for perhaps depression reasons. It's sad that when we are trying to help somebody we always make it worse... now even depression medication "may cause your depression to worsen. If you start feeling more depressed or have suicidal thoughts see your doctor immediately." No thank you I'd rather be mildly depressed than drive myself over the edge with these needless medications... they don't help if they make it worse! And that's what psychiatric clinics do to! I know TWO people who have come out worse off than when they went in! I actually enjoyed these poems after I wrote them
