Anything I've ever written to do with roses. Whether it be the flower, a metaphor or referring to myself.

ever blooming in her courageous conviction
so grows this true rose
among the cemetery stones
residing where this outstretched hand reaches out
her petals fall along the path
that winds through shadows and bones
her presence wrapping around the sadness
like a calming mist
that returns the breath of life
her selfless heart responding to the cries
from the forlorn darkness of an endless night
with the honest company kept in her love and light
