Below are the links to my poems with the form that I created using the Petrarchan Italian Sonnet and the Haiku.

-
a Quebec winter
snowbird casts shadowed blanket -
spring river banks
protect Easter lilies -
a pile of fresh black soil
father lies asleep -
a black cat stalks the asphalt
we cross in mourning colors -
a rape seed fertilizes
we drown in champagne tears -
upon the black lagoon
lemon sunlight kisses -
the Nile waters grow
fertilized land sows the seeds -
(To my mother,
thank you for letting me see your smile again) -
In memory of Vicki Wyles b.29.02.56 d. 01.07.86.
and her twin Jacqui Wyles b.29.02.56 d. 23.02.05. -
An angel’s life comes media’s news flash.
His blood “running crimson as deep red wine” -- -
protects children of the past
my resting place I crown -
unveil eve’s insidious
opportunity -
And when you are broken -- finally bust --
While you walked your life in a love's haze -
They wait – to take me away – these three fates:
Still life flows moon-red blood within my veins. -
THIS IS A LEARNING/INSTRUCTIONAL COLUMN FOR AN UPCOMING CONTEST IN MARCH (IT IS NOT A CONTEST PAGE)
