May faery beams upon you
and glistening stars array
In shimmering flight

to guard you on your way

'The body is the temple of God
in every body, God is installed
whether the owner of the body
recognises it or not.
It is God that inspires you
to good acts, that warns you
against the bad.
Listen to that voice.
Obey that voice,
and you will not come to any harm.'
Sathya Sai Baba
(renowned Indian spiritual
teacher)
Whatever you peceive the notion of your God to be

following the path of the humble bee

'through all the changing tides
in the cosmic tree of life
for all the times you've made me smile
if I could reach up and hold a star
the entire evening sky
would be in the palm of my hand..

'What more is gentle than a wind in Summer?
..more soothing than the pretty hummer
..one moment on an open flower
cheerily buzzed from each scented bower
Tranquil than a musk rose blown
on a lush green Isle from all mens knowing
blossom

May sweetest dreams be upon you

I had a near fatal heart attack and was in hospital for many months, suffering a lot of damage, and now have to use a chair as I can't manage long distances ....I can't describe the first time I was taken out away from the hospital 'walls' outside and seeing the green trees, and breathing in the fresh air, magical.
