I am a confirmed Jesus Freak, who is also a mission kid in the rain forest of Brazil that doubles as a full blown missionary when I am bored.
I write poems as a way to spread the way that I feel, and to make sure that the world at large knows where I stand, as well as a ministry of sorts.
I love living in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru (I live on the border, so we bounce between the three) with a visit up the US every few years. I am from Colorado, though I have been to twenty nine States so far, and love the coasts the most. (I am a big water fan)
I love listening to mostly contemprary Christian music (Third Day, Steven Curtis Chapman, Jeramy Camp, Rebecca St James, Casting Crowns, Delirous? and Hillsong to name a few) and love anything to do with writing.

I love my AP lil sister, With Broken Wings. She is so special and talented, and I am blessed that she has allowed me to call her sister.

A girl and guy were speeding, on a motorcycle, over 90 mph on the road..
Girl: Slow down. I’m scared.
Guy: No, this is fun.
Girl: No, it’s not. Please, it’s too scary!
Guy: Then tell me you love me.
Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Guy: Now give me a BIG hug.
*Girl hugs him*
Guy: Can you take my helmet off & put it on yourself? It’s bugging me.
(In the paper the next day)
A motorcycle crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it, but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn’t want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.

I am a proud American, even if I do not live in America, and I am also the proud sister in law of a Brazilian Military man. That said, I do support the US troops, as well as their families. May God be with them all, they are in my prayers.
