I don't care if you read about me, or who my friends are, or anything like that, but if you read from DANCE... , on down, it may change your perspective on life, so please take the time to read.


I am an 8th grader at Bellevue Junior High.My poetry style is usually different, but I try to make rhyming poems, but sometimes, you just can't find the right word. I am on the basketball team,we are 11-2m, and I love writing, whether or not it be a story, or a poem, I love it all. I love all of my friends,I have quite a few.I have 1 sister, 3 step-sisters, and 3 step-brothers, and I'm the youngest, and I hate it too, because I am constantly getting picked on, but I get over it, lol. My fave colors are black & green,and hot pink, and my fave car is a Mini Cooper. I am on the track team, still trying to figure out what I'm best at. I also play 1st chair Alto Saxophone in the band, I'm also in Jazz Band and Solo & Ensemble, and I made it into district honors band. I have way too many
friends, but thats ok because I talk *A LOT*!!!!!! Also, I may be 13 but i really don't act like it, i act more like i'm 14 or 15, so i m pretty mature. And if you ever want to talk, just give me an aol name or an email, i have both, and i shall return the favor.

my name is sarah I am only three, My eyes are all swollen and I cannot see . I must be stupid I must be bad, What else could have made My daddy so mad? I wish I were better I wish I weren't ugly , Then maybe my mommy Would still want to hug me. I can't speak at all I can't do a wrong Or else I'm locked up All the day long When I awake I'm all alone The house is dark My folks aren't home. When my mommy does come I'll try and be nice, So maybe I'll get just One whipping tonight Don't make a sound! I just heard a car My daddy is back From Charlie's Bar. I hear him curse My name he calls I press myself Against the wall. I try and hide From his evil eyes I'm so afraid now I'm starting to cry. He finds me weeping He shouts ugly words, He says its my fault That he suffers at work. He slaps me and hits me And yells at me more,I finally get free And I run for the door. He's already locked it And I start to bawl, He takes me and throws me Against the hard wall. I fall to the floor With my bones nearly broken, And my daddy continues With more bad words spoken. "I'm sorry!", I scream But its now much too late His face has been twisted Into unimaginable hate. The hurt and the pain Again and again Oh please God, have mercy! Oh please let it end! And he finally stops And heads for the door, While I lay there motionless Sprawled on the floor. My name is Sarah And I am but three, Tonight my daddy Murdered me.

The weak can never forgive, forgiveness is an attribute to the strong.

Trust in the Lord Almighty, he will never lead you astray.

Jesus,God,and the Holy Spirit, are my mind,heart,spirit,body,and soul.

I will never forget you, for how can I forget someone that has left such a deep imprint in my life?

We must all stick together, stand together, pray together, and believe together, for what else can we do against such reckless hate?

There will be bad in this world, there is no changing that, but we can help try to stop all that is unholy from happening.

You can't keep the birds of sadness from hovering above your head, but you can keep them from making a nest.

Never judge a person until you've walked 2 moons in their moccasins.

Don't assume anything, at least not until you know the whole story.

Just because a person may not look the prettiest, or may not be the brightest, does that mean we should exclude them? Shove them out into the cold, dark world we live in?

Just because a person is "different" from us, that doesn't mean we have to treat them differently.

You never know a person, until you spend a little bit of time with them, get to know what they've gone through.

Just because someone may act rude, mean, nasty, cranky, doesn't mean that that is how they truly are at heart, maybe they have gone through troubles you can't even have dreamed about, maybe they just don't get the love they need.

You never notice the importance of water, until the well is dry.

You never know what you're missing until it's gone.

Don't take advantage of things, be grateful for what you have.

Spend as much time as you can with your family and friends, for what little time we have to spend with them, is crucial.

Live every day like it's your last day.

Never be afraid to take risks,
Never be afraid to show anger,
Never be afraid to show love,
Never be afraid to show happiness.

Do not hate people, because for every minute you hate someone, that's 60 seconds less of the time you could be spending loving them.

Don't get angry, because for every minute you are angry, you're losing 60 seconds of happiness.

Don't look at the glass as half-empty, look at it as half-full.

Some people who die, deserve life, and some people who life, deserve death, but that is not for us to decide.

Death is just another part of the journey, one that we all must take.
