I try to live life to the fullest. Try to take time for others and time to smell the roses. The thorns in life are painful though and know we all have those. Is it possible to have beauty without pain? Live life without gain? Rainbows without the rain? once before and once again? What is the final question then? The starting point or the finishing end?

The child stood all alone in a crowd of people but did you notice her?
Her clothes tattered and torn but still she smiled. -
I never have reflected much on the cross by the road
Until recently when me and my husband as truckers haul -
In the shadows of my life I once more can see a light.
It reaches out and illuminates my night.5 lines, February 24 -
The ice covered branches of the many trees were as
if a shroud had been placed upon them. -
A star shined bright that cold crisp night.
A beacon that became a bright and shining light. -
I went out walking one day.
