I just like to write as the mood strikes. Poems, short stories. Whatever leaks out my pen LOL ! Most of my creations are late at night when i can't sleep. been awhile since i've written anything new. lately i'm battling  many health problems. i've been diagnosed with a rare cancer called neurofibromasarcoma.  going thru chemo and radiation with the hopes i will be able to have surgery to remove this cancerous tumor. i'm also facing the possibility of full amputation of my left arm and shoulder. this is the area the tumor is affecting in the nerves. i've become totally paralized on that side and am disabled now. holding on strong to my faith in the Lord. i will not give up. i choose to embrace the life i have. i will  be the victor not the victim of this disease...

Oh Kat, I just read what you wrote. I am so sorry you are going through that. I just read your author's page too. I'm glad you like the poem. I wrote it for someone whose friend had been murdered and they were having a contest to support her but I deleted it because I could never get it quite right. I wanted it to be perfect. I do think it has potential though. I'm going to keep trying to get it right. That was so sweet of you to take the time to comment on my poem. Please let me know how things are going with you.

Another poet clicking on one of my poems gives me an opportunity to meet a new friend. After reading your intro, I am so glad I stopped by; for I have offered up my prayer to our Father on your behalf, knowing that ALL things work to good for those who love the Lord. Claim nothing, for ownership is what Satan' hopes you will take; remember, we have dominion over him, not the other way around. Visit my page sometime to see what he has attempted to get me to own.

    I'll return to read soon.

    Love and hugs

You do have some wonderful ways of expressing your faith. Sacred Passions kind of seems odd in this mix, but I am glad you put it in. I love that one. As to your comment, yes, controlling co-dependency but I can't seem to change that, not bad enough to put much effort into it. Love your work
