Hi!! My name is Kate. I am 16 years old and I live near to London in England. London is amazing!!! I have just left school and I am starting a sixth form college in September where I will be studying for A levels in history, english language, biology, chemistry and general studies.

My family means a lot to me. I have two brothers and a sister and they are all older than I am. My sister is having a break from university and is currently travelling. My brothers are twins and they just got their A levels and both did really well- between them all As and Bs so everyone is happy.

I love shopping in London! My favorite shop is Topshop and I like to visit harrods because the things in their are amazing, especially swom wear, I think. I love to shop in, Selfridges, H&m, diesel and gap !!! Shopping is truely my favorite hobby and I work in a clothes shop at the weekends and it seems like I am in heaven!!


Favorite music: I love rnb and hip hop. At the moment I like Busta Rhymes and Lloyd Banks the most. I like Beyonce, Shakira and Nelly Furtado. I like other music aswell because I like the Kooks, Muse and Keane.

I like Al Pacino and Robert De Niro- they are amazing, I loved The Godfather!!! (The second one was the best!)



My favorite Hobbies: Music
I play the violin, piano and sometimes the guitar. I like to sing aswell.

Sport: I play netball and hockey. I play goal attack or goal shooter for my club and I was selected for my county a few years ago.
 I do kickboxing and dancing a lot, I try to do both at least two/three/four times a week. For dancing, I do tap, modern and ballet. I prefer modern.
  My fave hobby is rowing and kayacking and when I can I go to the Lake Distict but it takes hours to get there so I don't go that often to the Lakes but I go on local rivers a couple of times a month or so.

In my spare time apart from these hobbies, school and work, I like to spend time with my family and friends and my boyfriend who I've been dating for two years. He is very talented and plays football (soccer) and cricket and I love his hair!

I work in a clothes shop every Saturday in my Auntie's shop. I love clothes!!!
                                       
My favorite place to go on holiday is Miami in Florida! I love Paris and I went to Sydney when I was younger and I would love to go again! I went skiiing with my school to the Alps in France and that was amazing and I would at some point like to try snowboarding as it looks so cool. I like to think that I can be a bit of a daredevil.

I have done quite a few scary things in my life. I went bungy jumping and I have been in a hot air balloon. Both amazing and unique experiences. I love to do special, once-in-a-lifetime things as well. I went to Discovery Cove in Orlando where I went swimming with dolphins and I loved every minute of it! I have climbed numerous mountains in the UK, Snowdonia mainly. I don't do that any more after I tripped and broke my arm.

I recently found out my GCSE results and I am very happy! I got 3A*s in history, geography and religious studies. I got 4As in english language, english literature, dance and physical education and 4Bs in art, science (double award) and maths.

I am English but as a have American relatives I visit there a lot and it is such a grat place to visit. I love a lot of the sports that Americans have like baseball and American football. Soccer is Britain's number one sport but it's not a major sport in the USA. I like to watch basketball when it's shown and I like Orlando Magic (basketball) and I went to see them this last Christmas against the LA Lakers and that was fantastic!

I like to write poetry too, thats why I joined the site!! I started to write poetry because I had to in English Literature but I loved it and I like this site- it has a very cosy feel to it somehow!!!
