Hi all !! my name is Coralie........juanita is my middle name...
i write how i feel, what i am thinking about at the time, i dont know what form it would fall into only that the first and third line usually rhyme and it usually has a common flow to it......if u have name for it then that is what it is...
i am a mum, a wife , sister and a daughter, i love life though it scares me,and i am generally a pretty nice person to know......so i hope you enjoy my posts if they eventuate and i wish you well...
i have eight beautiful children, 5 strapping sons and 3 to die for daughters, ( okay i am gloating but i can, they are mine..) and on approximately November the 7th 2006 i shall be there to welcome my grandson into our world....(my eldest daughter, Chelsea, is the proud mum to be )... my husband jason is a bit of a bugger, protective and all, but i love him to bits, we have been together since school, which would now be 21 years.......and i think he still loves me, handles and all...LOL...
My children are ........Chelsea (20) Cruise (17) Corinna (16) Chynna (15)
Cody (14) Cobra (11) Caesar (8) and Chanse (5).... my homeland is New Zealand .......known as Aotearoa (the land of the long white cloud) i am a Maori woman and proud of my ancestry, my tipuna were warriors, but what i am proud of most is that they respected the land, the water, the sea, the air and all creatures within it, so we only gather what we need when we need it, we are a humble people brought up to respect our elders and to always support each other in times of need and despair...

J ust because her hubby works in Sydney, she’s in Aussie too
U nder the Southern Cross where sky and ocean’s always blue.
A lways at heart a dinkum kiwi though compelled to roam,
N gapuhi is her Iwi and Aotearoa her home.
I mpulsive curiosity incites her eager learning,
T rusting in those whose constancy her confidence is earning,
A lways a helping hand when needy folk to her are turning
0 nly, sometimes betrayed, she chooses now her friends with care.
3 lovely daughters, dusky Maori maids with raven hair;
2 sons may be enough for some but Juanita’s five,
0 ver the years through joy and tears, have kept her soul alive.
0 for the bush, the mountains and the plains where rivers run!
1 day she’ll come home – meantime, you’ll find her poetry’s full of fun!

To Coralie my Warrior Princess!
Face me the troubles in this civilised world,
And with warrior’s heart, I the truth unfurl,
For all in me this age not I,
My birth the earth, my soul the sky,
Of Maori warrior I did descend,
My beliefs, my God! I cannot bend,
In all I am of Maori tribe,
The heart in me to never lie!
Te rongo toa,
O oku tipuna
Ka hinga au aue,
Ka mate au
Kia piki!
