Nebraska Drive
Grey clouds rippled ocean sky
shaft of brilliant clear light,radiates to the ground
light blue waves mix with white
Grey sand sky, seems so endless
in the distant horizon
to a mere mortal being
Hot muggy air hangs in air
beaten rows of fallen corn kissing the ground
Weeds seem to grow taller then the grass
Deep dark yellow bushes, highlighted with green leaves,
lightly speckled butterflies dancing upon the flower
Another hot summer day in Nebraska
Each day the drives seems so fresh
