Okay, so the first link is to show a real situation with the actual cease and desist letter to my favorite site on the web (apologies to Allpoetry, as awesome as you are, you lack the all-encompassing awesome factor that thinkgeek has). You will laugh with that alone. The second link, however, is the official press release to this law firm and the National Pork Board (read if you wanna know) apologizing for the misunderstanding and if you weren't laughing already at the first link, you will be busting a gut in laughter at the second.

Unless, of course, you lack any real ironic bone in your body and find sarcastic irony to be too far above your head. Us geeks thrive on such.
